are non-refundable. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment your payment will be held as a credit toward a
future reading. Once payment is received into my Paypal account,
I will send you an e-mail with the date and time of your reading, together with a confirmation number. Please make sure you have this number when you call for your reading.
